HOW DO I TELL A GENUINE ALLISON ALANE design?
All Allison Alane Jewelry Designs, Ltd. pieces contain our hallmark, metal hallmarks, and will include a Certificate of Authenticity. Please contact our staff at info@allisonalane.com with any questions.
HOW DO I SUBMIT A REPAIR?

DOES ALLISON ALANE OFFER GIFT WRAPPING?
All packages will arrive gift wrapped and in our exclusive Allison Alane packaging. You may also include a personalized note that will appear on a Allison Alane note card to be included in your order package. Please provide the message during checkout.
DOES ALLISON ALANE OFFER ENGRAVING?
Yes, engraving is available for certain items. Please contact our staff at info@allisonalane.com for pricing and availability.
CAN ALLISON ALANE SIZE AN ITEM?
Yes, all stock ring sizes are 6.5 for women. We will size up or down up to 1.5 sizes. Rings ordered in women's size 10+ and men's 12+ are subject to a 10% size fee increase. Sizing takes 5-7 business days in addition to shipping time. The first ring sizing is at no cost to you if within 3 months of purchase. Should a re-size occur and the request falls outside of the 3 month timeline, there is a $75.00 fee. Some rings cannot be sized and are noted. These will need to be placed as a Special Order Size. The buyer is responsible for shipping to and from our studio. Refer to Sizing Guide for more information. Repair requests can be submitted by emailing us at info@allisonalane.com
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?
To maintain your Allison Alane Jewelry Designs, Ltd. jewelry, we recommend the following practices: Protect your jewelry by removing it when washing your hands, swimming, exercising, cleaning, and before applying any kind of personal body product. To clean, use a soft toothbrush and warm water with a small amount of mild soap. Follow up with the polishing cloth included with your order to gently remove tarnish and restore luster from untreated metals. The cloth is infused with polishing compound and will turn black, showing that the compound is activated and that the polishing is working. To maintain the beautiful shine and unique finish of your jewelry, store it in a sealed plastic bag away from heat, humidity and moisture. Always wear your metal safety backs with your earrings to prevent loss. Refer to Jewelry Care for more information.
WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY?
We warranty the craftsmanship of our jewelry for life. To preserve our warranty, only an authorized Allison Alane Jewelry Designs, Ltd. Jeweler can resize, modify, repair, or work on your item.
