Online Orders
If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept most items for exchange, refund or merchandise credit within 30 days, accompanied by a sales receipt to the Allison Alane Jewelry Designs, Ltd E-Boutique. Custom, resized and engraved items are non-refundable. After 30 days, all sales are final.

• All returns must be in their original, unworn condition as determined by Allison Alane Jewelry Designs, Ltd.

All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 14 business days from the date the return is received. Merchandise credits will be issued through our system within 3 business days from the date the return is received and inspected.

• All international orders are Final Sale.

• Items on-sale or marked down are Final Sale.

• All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Shipping a Return
Please contact us at info@allisonalane.com to make arrangements for returning your item. An Allison Alane Jewelry Designs, Ltd Specialist will provide you with shipping instructions along with a Return Authorization Number.
