SHIPPING POLICY

USPS Priority Mail - $10.00 Shipping and Handling (Domestic Only) 
Purchases made before 3:00 pm (ET) will arrive the following day when placed Monday - Thursday. All purchases made after 3:00 pm (ET) on Thursdays will be shipped on the following Monday and delivered on Tuesday. Saturday delivery is available in some locations, please contact our staff Monday - Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (ET) for assistance. A signature will be required for all shipments at the time of delivery. Sunday and Holiday delivery is unavailable. 

USPS Priority Mail Express - $30.00 (Domestic Only) 
Purchases made before 3:00 pm (ET) will arrive in 2 business days when placed Monday - Wednesday. All purchases made after 3:00 pm (ET) on Wednesdays will be shipped on the following Monday and delivered by Wednesday. Please contact our staff Monday - Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (ET) for assistance. A signature will be required for all shipments at the time of delivery. Sunday and Holiday delivery is unavailable.

Please allow four (4) to six (6) weeks for the creation of your piece. For special orders for items that require re-design, un-listed sizing, or customization please allow eight (8) to thirteen (13) weeks after we receive your order or contact us at info@allisonalane.com. If there is an exception to this the Allison Alane Jewelry Designs, Ltd. Web Concierge will contact you with an updated delivery date.

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO 
Currently, we do not allow shipments to P.O. Boxes. Billing addresses may contain P.O. Boxes. We also do not allow shipments to APO/FPO/DPO address locations. 

Delivery to U.S. Territories and International Destinations, including Canada. 
Please note the Customer is responsible for all duties and taxes applied to the shipment by customs. A contact number is required for all shipments.
