By pairing 100% recycled precious metals with a strictly vetted supply chain, we ensure our raw materials mirror the integrity of our slow-made craftsmanship. We trace our materials with intent, offering transparent insight into the lineage of every stone we set.
TRACEABILITY LEVELS
Mine to Studio. These gemstones can be traced to a specific mine where we purchased the material directly. Every stone in this tier meets a rigorous criteria for environmental protection, fair labor practices, safe working conditions, and supply chain transparency, ensuring the highest standards for both artisanal workers and environmental protection.
Direct from Cutters. These stones are sourced from trusted rough brokers or miners who guarantee the material originates from a verified region. Alternatively, they possess documented legal export records from their country of origin and are purchased directly from the gem cutters.
Trusted Networks. While these stones are not purchased directly from the initial cutters or mines, meaning we cannot fully document the early supply chain, they are acquired exclusively from suppliers we know, trust, and have partnered with for years.
Recycled & Reimagined. These are heirloom natural stones that have been responsibly salvaged from pre-owned jewelry. Each stone is meticulously extracted, cleaned, and graded by trusted partners before being re-set into a new Allison Alane narrative.
A Note on Our Process: Because we prioritize the health of our planet, 100% of the precious metals used in our Brooklyn studio are certified recycled gold, sterling silver, and palladium.
