Welcome to Allison Alane Jewelry Designs, Ltd. ("Allison Alane Jewelry," "the studio," "the boutique," "we," "us," or "our"). This website, including all information, tools, and services available herein, is offered to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices detailed within this document.

By visiting our site or purchasing an archival piece or custom service from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Sale & Service," "Terms"), including those additional terms, conditions, and policies referenced herein or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site without limitation. Please read them carefully before accessing or using our boutique. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access the website or utilize our services.

Section 1: Order Acceptance, Cancellations & Digital Conditions

The Nature of an Offer Your order represents a formal offer to purchase our handcrafted work. Allison Alane Jewelry reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to accept, limit, or decline any order for any reason at any time.

Order Confirmation: A binding contract is formed only when we transmit an official Order Confirmation email detailing your transaction.
Boutique Refusals: We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. This includes restrictions on orders placed under the same customer account, the same credit card, or orders sharing identical billing and shipping addresses. If we modify or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email address provided. We reserve the right to prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by unauthorized dealers, resellers, or distributors.
Cancellations: You may cancel your order at any point before the formal confirmation email is issued by writing to info@allisonalane.com.

Out-of-Stock & Made-to-Order Pieces Because our jewelry is meticulously handcrafted by studio artisans, items not on hand at the time of your order will enter our production queue. These pieces depart our studio approximately four (4) to six (6) weeks from your order date. If you have an urgent milestone, please contact us prior to ordering to discuss accelerated options and potential expedition fees.

Boutique Security You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You agree not to use our designs for any unauthorized or illegal purpose, nor to transmit any code of a destructive nature, viruses, or malware. A breach of these conditions will result in an immediate termination of your access to our Services.

Section 2: Pricing, Payment & Information Accuracy

Pricing & Product Displays All prices posted on our Site are subject to change without notice. The price assessed will always be the price in effect at the exact time your order is placed, which will be itemized in your confirmation email.

Taxes and Shipping: Posted prices do not include local sales taxes or shipping and handling charges. These are calculated at checkout and transparently displayed in your shopping cart.
Visual Accuracy: We make every effort to display the colors, textures, and images of our work as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your device monitor's display of any color will be perfectly exact.
Errors and Omissions: Occasionally, information on our site may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions regarding product descriptions, pricing, shipping charges, or transit times. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to update information or cancel orders if any details are inaccurate at any time without prior notice, including after you have submitted your order.

Payment Terms We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. By completing a transaction, you warrant that your credit card details are accurate, you are authorized to utilize the payment method, and your financial institution will honor the charges incurred. Gift certificates are also available for purchase by contacting the studio staff directly.

Section 3: Transit, Title & Delivery Signature

Shipping Logistics We arrange secure transport for your pieces using premium couriers based on the selection made at checkout. Please note that shipping and delivery windows are thoughtful estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We cannot be held liable for courier delays caused by weather, high seasonal volumes, or transit interruptions.

Signature Required: To protect your investment, a direct signature is strictly required for all deliveries.
Address Restrictions: We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. Delivery is unavailable on Sundays and public holidays.
Passing of Title: Legal title and risk of physical loss pass entirely to you the moment we transfer the insured parcel to our shipping carrier.
International Customs: All international customers are entirely responsible for all shipping costs, import duties, customs taxes, and brokerage fees associated with the shipment.

Section 4: Specifications, Sizing & Customizations

Artisanal Authenticity & Intellectual Property Every authentic piece of Allison Alane Jewelry bears our official studio hallmark and is accompanied by a dedicated Certificate of Authenticity. To report an unverified piece, please notify us immediately.

All content on our website—including page headers, images, illustrations, graphics, products, designs, and text—is subject to trademark, copyright, and intellectual property rights held by us. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our designs or website content without express written permission from the studio.

Ring Sizing Standards Our stock, one-of-a-kind rings are traditionally crafted in a standard size 6.5 for women and size 10 for men.

Resizing Limitations: We can comfortably size stock rings up or down by 1.5 sizes. Sizing requires an additional 5 to 7 business days prior to shipping.
Sizing Fees: Your initial ring sizing is complimentary if requested within three months of purchase. Subsequent resizes will incur a $75 fee. Women's rings requiring sizing to size 10 or higher and men's rings requiring sizing to size 12 or higher are subject to a 10% metal fee increase.
Special Orders: Woman's rings falling below size 4 or exceeding size 10 and men's rings falling below size 8 or exceeding size 12 must be initiated as a bespoke special order and will require our standard 8-to-13 week production timeline. Note that certain structural or continuous eternity bands cannot be resized.

Gift Presentation & Note Card Sentiments All shipments arrive elegantly gift-wrapped in our exclusive, signature packaging. If you wish to include a handwritten sentiment on an Allison Alane note card, please provide your text in the designated box at checkout. Please note that any pieces customized with custom engravings are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Section 5: Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Return Eligibility Except for items explicitly marked as final sale, we will accept a return of our products for an exchange or store credit, provided such return is initiated within ten (10) days of delivery.

Pristine Condition: Jewelry must be entirely unworn, unaltered, and accompanied by the original sales receipt and packaging.
Exclusions: Custom creations, engraved works, international shipments, promotional archival sale items, and rings that have been specifically resized to your specifications are final sale and completely ineligible for return, exchange, or credit. All sales are final after 10 days.

The Return Process

Request Authorization: You must email info@allisonalane.com to request a return. Authorized returns will be granted a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Parcels arriving without a visible RMA number will be returned to the sender.
Return Shipping: Once approved, we will issue a pre-paid shipping label and instructions. If you choose not to utilize our secure label, you assume all risk of loss or damage during transit, and we strongly suggest fully insuring your package with a trackable carrier.
Processing: Credits and exchanges, less original shipping and handling charges, are processed within approximately 14 business days of our bench receiving and inspecting the jewelry.

Section 6: Limited Studio Warranty & Limitation of Liability

Craftsmanship Guarantee We warrant that all jewelry purchased directly from our Site will be free from structural defects in workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Our sole obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or store credit of the defective piece, determined at our discretion.

Voiding the Warranty: To preserve this limited warranty, only Allison Alane Jewelry (or an authorized studio jeweler) may work on, modify, resize, or repair your piece. Any alterations performed by an outside jeweler will instantly void this warranty.
Warranty Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper storage, accidental impacts, exposure to harsh chemicals (such as chlorine, bleach, or mercury), lack of preventative care, normal wear and tear, or standard cosmetic fading of surface treatments like our hand-applied oxidized patina.

Limitation of Liability: Your use of, or inability to use, our service is at your sole risk. Except as expressly stated by us, our service and all products delivered to you are provided "as is" and "as available" for your use, without any representation, warranties, or conditions of any kind, either express or implied.

In no case shall Allison Alane Jewelry, our directors, officers, employees, or contractors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind—including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages—arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service. Our liability will under no circumstances exceed the actual monetary amount paid by you for the specific product in question.

Section 7: Third-Party Ecosystems & Submissions

Optional Tools & Links We may provide you with access to third-party tools (such as payment gateways or tracking applications) over which we neither monitor nor have any control. You acknowledge that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available" without any warranties or endorsements. Third-party links on this site may direct you to external websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining the content or accuracy of external materials and will not have any liability for transactions made in connection with third-party sites.

User Comments and Submissions If you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials to our studio (collectively, "comments"), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, or distribute them. We are under no obligation to maintain comments in confidence, pay compensation for them, or respond to them. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any comments you make.

Section 8: Final Provisions & Legal Jurisdictions

Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Allison Alane Jewelry, our parent, subsidiaries, partners, officers, directors, and employees from any claim or demand—including reasonable attorneys’ fees—made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Force Majeure The studio will not be held liable, nor deemed to have defaulted under these Terms, for any delay or failure in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, courier or supply chain breakdowns, materials shortages, fuel shortages, labor disputes, or government emergencies.

Governing Law These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without giving effect to any choice of law principles that would cause the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.

Severability & Integration The failure of our studio to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right. These Terms of Sale, along with our Privacy Policy and Website Terms of Use, constitute the final, complete, and integrated agreement between you and our studio, superseding any prior versions. If any individual provision within these Terms is deemed illegal, void, or unenforceable by a court of law, that specific provision will be severed, leaving the validity and enforceability of all remaining provisions completely intact.
