TERMS OF SALE - wholesale
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE ONLINE SALE OF GOODS AND SERVICES
Opening Orders: A minimum opening order of $2000 (or minimum of 5 styles) is required.
Reorder: Minimum reorder amount is $1250.
Ordering: Place orders by email to wholesale@allisonalane.com. Include PO #, company name, billing and shipping address, buyer’s name, payment information and special instructions including rush shipment.
Retailer must maintain a current business sales tax certificate on file.
Payment and Ordering: Opening orders require a deposit of 50% due at the time of order. The remaining balance is due prior to shipping to the Retailer. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover credit cards:, as well as electronic funds transfer: ACH, Zelle or wire.
All subsequent orders will be due in full prior to shipping unless otherwise agreed upon. You can place an order with us at www.allisonalane.com/wholesale or by email to

Lead Time: Allison Alane jewelry is handmade to order. Lead time is 4 to 6 weeks for production and fulfillment. If an order is ready sooner, we will reach out to the Retailer regarding early shipping.
Rush fulfillment (less than 28 days) is available. Rush fees are as follows: $200 additional fee for up to 10 products per order, $275 for 11 products to 20 products, and 25% of total order cost for orders greater than 20 products. The Retailer will be responsible for any expedited shipping methods. If you wish to place a rush order, contact us by email at wholesale@allisonalane.com before placing the order to ensure it will be possible.
Shipping and Insurance: We ship via USPS Priority Mail. For orders placed via email, shipping (and duty, if applicable) cost will be added to your invoice. The shipping fee is a flat rate of $12 plus additional insurance for US orders and will be included in the invoice total. Expedited shipping methods and other carriers may be used at the Retailer’s expense.
Damages/Defects and Repairs/Exchanges: Allison Alane stands behind all products and will not send a knowingly defective product to a customer. Returned merchandise with manufacturing defects will be repaired or replaced with new merchandise. Inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Contact us by email at wholesale@allisonalane.com within five business days of receiving a damaged or defective shipment.
Wholesale orders are considered final sale with no returns. If you or your customer finds an issue related to manufacturing defects during the first 30 calendar days after sale, we will work with you to find a resolution.
Resizing: Allison Alane will cover the customer’s first ring sizing at no cost if within 3 months of purchase. Should an additional re-size be necessary, there is a $75 fee. All rings under size 4 and over size 10 will need to be placed as a special order may incur a longer lead time. Some rings cannot be resized. All one-of-a-kind rings sizes are 6.5. One-of-a-kind rings can be sized up to 1.5 sizes larger or smaller than our stock ring sizes. Rings ordered in 10+ are subject to a 10% size fee increase.
Representation of Product: Allison Alane will provide Retailers with white background product shots, “about the artist” cards, a press book and logo block. Allison Alane will also spotlight new partners on stockist list of website and post shoutouts on social media throughout the year.
