Stroll with me past grand Gothic cathedrals and Georgian terraced homes on wide, weathered cobblestones gently curving. Winding our way to the heart of the city, we turn and find ourselves amongst the warm glow of soft, amber light spilling from continuous windows. These hoops sway gracefully with every movement, echoing the rhythm of footsteps on historic pathways and the melodic tunes of bagpipes that fill the night.
